    Loosing the first trade isn't a surprise. You should test demo plan your own trades. You will get more reductions so you'll need to take care of losses don't always place blame on brokers original. Even though some will do their very best to rip you off like FXCM.

    You should send them an email with the time you placed your trade and then show them that you're unable to close your position because servers were down. They have acknowledged that they're having problems right now so they need to refund your reduction.

    That's bullshit. I would keep trying till you get somebody who can assist. I've heard others say on here that OANDA has issued them refunds when they have lost because host problems.

    Yea. . .nothing works. . .cant correctly login, always freezing....tried the help desk, but they all seem really busy...I hope they won't shut, because I made 7? On my commerce
