    Are individuals aware are of any US regulations which would prevent a US broker to take a japanese resident ?

    Thank you for your comments, so I suspect this is an inner compliance of a single broker just who does refuse any Japan residents, kind of surprise such of policy can be implemented...

    That your PM is turned off on your user control panel. Not all brokers are the same. I have done a lot of study about various brokers and can share some advice with you in the event that you prefer.

    Do you you wish to use a USA based Forex Broker? USA has become the GestapoForexState ! There are dozens of other countries.

    There aren't any regulations that keep you from utilizing a US broker.

    Well, I am using one US broker and the other one not in US (Fxpro). I wish I had one in Japan, the nearer, the greater yet have trouble to find a broker in here supplying automated trading utilizing MT4 platform or using similar functionalities...I need to mention that US broker supplies more fonctionnalities within their platform or API, generally...
