Thread: IBFX server upgrade problemsA

Anyone else having massive problems with updating their mini account to server 4? They closed down the old server my account was set to, I couldn't log into all weekend to the new server, I finally could but firstly my charts wouldn't display and new charts would start with 1 bar of information, then MT4 froze, now it's beginning to open existing charts but still with barely any info on it. Hung up after waiting 20 minutes creating an international call with no response.... These guys have lost a customer (literally)

I needed to manually download the host file but now it seems to be functioning fine.

Yes, I'm having issues that are identical. Clearly something not as planned at IBFX... no answer about the LiveChat feature either after 1 hour of waiting.... In all honesty, I have been using them for two years now and suffer problems almost daily... the sole reason I have stuck around is because of the way they calculate the margin requirements to your GBPJPY, it is advantageous for my trading egy.

Are your accounts on Mini Server 4? I'm running the most recent version with the Mini 4 server enabled, but alas no love however.... Down...

Yes, just moved 2 accounts into the new mini server 4 a couple of hours ago.

Well seems to be running fine today, but somewhat slower. Not certain if all the price history is showing, not a very good execution and roll-out in their conclusion...

I logged in once before... Today again I am getting error connecting.

Yeah, I did the entire item twice. After install I can connect, if I close MT4 and re-open, no connection... ????? Still no answers from telephone calls or LiveChat...
