    Great idea...

If doesn't, then shut the charts and open again... That is what I had to do if reinstalled MT4 after formatting the PC.

What is still bankrupt? The new server appears to be working now.

They did send out an email weekly. Complete with pictures and the web link.

I'd agree that for a lot of us they did a horrible job applying the new server.

Do any one from Saudi Arabia able to login to live account ?

I attempted many times. Not able to get linked to new server, not to demo account two.
Tryed many thing through IBFX Customer Service, they are extremely helpfull and co-operative, still unable to fix this.

Old Demo only functions, not the new one, Demo 2.
I will ping the new server from Startgt;Run and it's Ok.
However from MT4 plat form unable to ping.

Do anyone face this issue, would you please share how you fixed it.

    Thansk and Best Regards

Customers who underwent this problem were able to connect after they flushed their regional DNS cache.

I received this really is my email today... it isn't much, but it is better than nothing. I am staying with IBFX up until today I haven't had a single problem and even this one was solved fairly quickly.

Crossland should have somebody edit his emails before he sends them out. That man is wonderful!
