On the previous weekend we made some updates to our infrastructure to improve server capacity. As a part of the update, some customer accounts, such as yours, were migrated to a new commerce server (mt4-04. ibfx.com). Regrettably, when we changed the mt4-04. Ibfx.com domain to point to the new server IP address, several clients were temporarily unable to connect to the new server due to DNS caching. Customers who underwent this problem were able to connect after they flushed their regional DNS cache.
