Same here... They are getting flooded with calls I think. So nobody is replying...
But demo account with them is functioning fine... Actual account is the one which is s.. . d up...

Same problem here. I connected manually to host, it worked,but it disconects then it doesn t link automatically, you have to do it manually. Charts have only 30 bars.

notice that in case you disconnect and try to reconnect it will provide you the invalid account mistake. To login you ll need to enter manually the host mt4-04. ibfx.com:443. So that may be a tragedy if You're running an EA

I had exactly the same issues this morning....charts all condensed and filled up, couldn't log into...I then waited ages for live support and got the new server address....logged in ok and attempted to adjust a SL to a live commerce....got an invalid account mistake and waited live support for an hour before getting an answer and getting the problem sorted

How did they sort it, though because I have a this server Speech :
http://mt4-04.ibfx.com:443/ (temp one to let me) which I'd like to log in but I can't Correct any of my trades Just How did they fix it for you

He explained he reset the machine, made me to boot again,logged in using the server address you have above and I logged back in nice.

As I've been typing this message I've only lost conection with an invalid account error message though

yeh I will definitely stay connected to this particular address I simply can not do anything, so bothersome, this has been happening for 6 and half hours, getting beyond a joke now

Now I have the same problem. After reading some of the last posts I closed off my platform to find out if it'd re-start properly. It did not. Now I am using the short server address posted in the thread.

That is even worse compared to their choice to restrict the weeks of trade history on the platform. IBFX isn't quite as good as they was.
