Simple question re MT4

Hi, I have two question about MT4 that I'm hoping someone can answer.

I detect onthe MT4 platform it's the Journal and Experts tabs which displays what certain indiors/ experts on your own MT4 platform are.

Trades also carry reasonable amounts of advice regarding sets ups.

1. Much of this info is available to brokers who supply the MT4 platform?

2. If they can see it is it possible to code MT4 to not provide this info
