Is there a trial or free Trading Platform which can:

operate offline?

Thus if you are not connected to the net or are using a notebook away from home, I would like to have the ability to find the charts and examine them using TA.

To do this, I need a platform where I will either save the charts and look at them offline or have the platform open at the last snapshot it had off each of the charts.

It should incorporate a scroll bar so that you may look back at previous price action.

Is there such a platform or appliions that can do so?
