    Can not you start at any broker if you've got that much money? I believed. If I read the rules in the event that you've got a Net worth of $10 million you can start at any broker you need within an ECP.

    Yes you can using a US broker. . .but I need a European/ Asian broker. They wont accept or let me since I'm an american citizen...I was thinking of maybe starting an offshore LLC (lawful) and trading through that.

    But if you meet ECP needs my understanding is you can start an account everywhere. I asked several non US brokers and they said ECP customers are accepted by them.
