Blackice, you need to give FXPro a call on one of the toll free numbers on their website and ask to speak. I don't understand why they do this but last time I did a drawback a few 8 weeks before, they claimed that the account name on the withdrawal type was distinct from the account holder. I called and talked to them and they admitted their error and processed my own withdrawal. Funds were obtained by me the following moment. Talk to them on say and the phone strongly but politely that you've provided all ID files and that you ask that your withdrawal to be processed instantly. Hope it works out and keep us informed.
