    First, make sure your strategy works with serious capital. Then think about climbing. Many believe that operating with FIX is the magic solution, but it only amplifyes what you already are. If you are inconsistent, you will burn faster.

    Very clear. First profitability, then scalability, then structure. It�s like building a house: you don�t start with the roof.

    And don't forget the human factor. Are you going to be alone or are you going to put together equipment? Because at a certain level, operating alone is no longer viable. Delegating well is key to not going crazy.
