I don't see it so clear. What if the data hits hard? There's no manipulation there, right?
And what do you do when the data is mixed? Sometimes there is no clear direction.

But do you really think that retail can compete with institutionals just by understanding this?
Not everything is manipulation, sometimes the market only reacts to data logically.
