So far as relaxation/hypnosis for trading....it's best to write something yourself and capture it(audacity is either completely free or use a voice recorder).

This is because I mentioned. It wasn't what was stated in the Mantra that screwed me up, it was my connotation of the way it was worded.

So, if you figure out what you are wanting(the headline, etc.) paraphrase the whole thing(in your own words) and list it in your own voice and listen to it daily.

I can send you a bit of brain wave entrainment to put in the backdrop, if you would like LOL. (this is a link to explain it...http://www.real-hypnosis.com/brainentrainment.html)
    Hello Nathan!
My mind waves could use a while! That would be great.

Hope things have been great with you!
    Thanks!

After scalp for months,I will dread and dread when scalping.i need to coaching myself to become more mechanical as a system.

But occasionally price spike up and down 5-6pips. It could lead one to shut the transaction earlier.

I know how you're feeling. I've been able to keep my emotions in check, but maybe not really detached up until this point, however, something happened this week....

I had been checking to see just how Oanda was filling my orders, so I put in 1 unit at a market window. The price began moving up, so I switched it to buy and I have it set to prefill a certain lot size once I pull up a window. So, once I switched the radio button form market to buy, it switched my order size also.

So, I clicked buy without even realizing what had occurred. Then, I shut the trade -8 and I still didn't realize it. I was just trying to work out when they had been slipping me(which, of course they had been LOL)

It was not until 5 minutes after I shut the trade which I realized what had occurred.

My point is that during that trade, there was no emotion attached to it at all since I thought I had been trading one unit.

I've been able to retain that today and trade my normal lot size without even feeling a loss the last few days.

So, perhaps try doing that. Also, have you read Trading In The Zone? It speaks a lot about this.

Sorry its taken so long to reply. I have not checked this thread in forever. It is just Oanda's platform in Firefox for Mac.
